Terms and Conditions

Initial Term: This service requires a minimum 12-month commitment. The initial term begins on the date of your first payment and continues for twelve (12) consecutive months.

Rationale: AI visibility optimization is a long-term strategy that requires consistent effort over time. Meaningful results typically emerge after 3-6 months of sustained optimization. The 12-month minimum ensures sufficient time to implement all deliverables and achieve measurable ROI.

After Initial Term: Following the completion of your 12-month commitment, your subscription automatically converts to a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate ($2,997/month). You may cancel at any time thereafter with 30 days written notice.

Monthly Fee: $2,997 USD per month, billed automatically on the same day each month via Stripe.

Payment Method: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize Tate Digital Group to charge your payment method on file each month.

Failed Payments: If a monthly payment fails, we will attempt to re-process the payment up to three (3) times over a 10-day period. If payment remains unsuccessful after three attempts, your service may be suspended until payment is received.

No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel during the initial 12-month term, you remain responsible for all remaining monthly payments through the end of the commitment period.

During Initial 12-Month Term: Cancellation is not permitted during the initial 12-month commitment period. If you choose to discontinue service before the end of the initial term, you remain obligated to pay the full remaining balance of the 12-month commitment.

After Initial Term: Once your 12-month commitment is complete, you may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to [email protected].

Final Month: Upon cancellation, services will continue through the end of your final paid month. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the month.

Deliverables: We guarantee delivery of all services outlined in the package description according to the 12-month roadmap. This includes technical implementations, content production, and monthly reporting.

Performance Disclaimer: While we implement industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead quantities, or revenue outcomes. AI platform algorithms are proprietary and subject to change without notice.

Client Responsibilities: Optimal results require your cooperation, including timely provision of practice information, approval of content, and access to necessary accounts (Google Business Profile, website hosting, etc.).

Content Ownership: All content created for your practice (blog posts, FAQ pages, schema markup, etc.) becomes your property upon payment. You retain full rights to use, modify, or republish this content.

Proprietary Methods: Tate Digital Group retains all rights to our proprietary optimization methodologies, tools, processes, and reporting systems.

Tate Digital Group's total liability for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Tate Digital Group reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Pricing changes do not apply during your initial 12-month commitment period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
